How to use:

Shower Oil:

Once in the shower, put a little oil in your hand

Apply to wet skin

Work into a lather and rinse

Hand Cream:

Apply a small amount to clean, dry hands and massage gently until fully absorbed

Pay particular attention to your knuckles and any especially dry areas

Use throughout the day as often as desired

Milk Concentrate:

Apply to clean, dry skin

Warm a small amount in your hands and massage into the skin using slow, circular movements until fully absorbed
