Is this the best Sim free No contract Unlimited Calls Unlimited texts unlimited Data deal at the minute going in the UK?
englishpaddy Well its free so you have nothing to loose by trying it for 30 days. It isn't unlimited data though its 6GB or 20GB depending on what option you choose. Thank you
Lyca do the cheapest mobile deals in the country - for a reason. Well worth trying if you have good o2 reception (the network they use), but for the love of god, don't port your number to them. Their customer service and web account management are phenomenally, spectacularly inept and slow to respond. Unless you're lucky, you may tear your hair out in frustration at mischarging, lost service, failed ports etc which can take weeks to 'solve'. With a promise of a fix at the end which is usually broken.
as1wudd Thank you for this helpful comment! Some bonus points have been added to your account as a thank you
Seems a really good deal but unfortunately the payment for £0.00 is still saying payment failed and I’ve been on hold to speak with someone for quite a while now !! Going to look at other deals…
Was all set to get one of these deals but judging by some of the responses from customer care I think I'll just avoid. Especially as I need to port a number.. pity. Ps. I decided to try it but payment won't go through . I'm thinking it's not meant to be.
Not bad price but think VOXI is better value especially if you are a heavy user on social media as that's ultd and you only use your data on other stuff. My OH pays £10 and gets about 30gb on top of his endless social media
Poor reception and lack of customers service is a big problem with this company, sometimes something's are cheap for a reason
What’s the catch? Do you have to stay with them for so long? Do you get charged if you cancel before the 30 days?
Wort a try I think. Some extra free international minutes would be nice. Thank you for sharing.
I ordered my sim , gave my bank details as requested (it states a 5pence charge would be taken). I then received confirmation email with activation code. "Happy days" I thought. The sim came couple of days later and I activated it using the code I was sent in registration email. That's when everything went wrong . The activation message appeared on my mobile phone screen advising me I would receive a text shortly confirming my plan had started. No text message, no plan (no minutes, texts or data). ????!?
