A11ber really bad customer service, cut me and my friend off because they never attempted to take payment, lots of complaints online, no 4G calling or 800mhz so signel is bad indoors. People think it's good because they use EE but they don't get the same signal
A11ber dreadfully customer service. Can't turn on voicemail from phone, have to go through the above, took me 45 mins. Then they got it wrong and a message saying the number you have dialled is incorrect please check and try again. Lyca couldn't remove this as so I have now gone back to O2
A11ber I used them, lost service for 5 days, no help..spent days on livr chat,ported number in the end and complained to trading standards.

Unfortunately for me the signal Is crap. I either get no signal Indoors or 2 bars depending. It floats. EE for me Is terrible. I think I will stick with my 02 Sim and throw the Lyca Sim In the bin.
Emerge11 yeah my advice I did do it when it was with O2 but now I ditched them and I've gone back to him a network and I've used Talk mobile but give torque model a chance they are really good you paid like £4.95 for 4 gb and that's a 30-day rolling contract and I'm sure an upgrade with them in January so I will be ditching O2 and then you top my bar I don't know yet I can't do anything till May with my contract
CallumFlowers Umm, I dont see anything on Talk Mobile Website for anything £4.95 for 4GB. The closest Is £6.95 a month for 6GB.
I got the 3GB deal a while back. 5p a month for 6 months and then £4.75.
Unfortunately Lyca switched from O2 to EE which is absolutely rubbish in our area, so I had to change to Sky Mobile.
Can't comment on CS as never had to use them. All I can say is that my number ported to Sky today with no problems
Like is alright but I've got the SIM card in my phone and I do e sins but you need to check if your phone is compatible with the e Sims it isn't a standard sense will work
