Blocked my SIM and didn't even get help after 3 hours of live chat.
5 days without signal so completely useless.

snappyfish Similar experience. They take incompetence to levels that shouldn't be humanly possible.
Tried 3 separate deals with them. All have been disasters for different reasons, when I can even get the sim to activate. Had to contact support to even get 2 of the sims activated (which to this day still don't work), virtually EVERY other provider is plug and play. You stick the sim in and you're ready to go. Even though I washed my hands of them about a year ago, out of the blue a few months back, I'm randomly getting charges from Lyca for a random amount, despite having no contract with them and no working sims lol.
To anyone reading DO NOT GIVE THESE COWBOYS YOUR BANK DETAILS.
If you want to risk using them for a backup sim thinking you're saving money, do it at your own risk, but under NO circumstances port your number from a reputable supplier to these clowns. There are so many complaints from people losing their numbers or having similar issues.
People say this, but I legitimately wouldn't use this company if they paid me. Because the stress of dealing with issues with them is not worth even being paid to use them. They are the gold standard of incompetence.
HarryK My first sim worked... right up until there's an issue that requires support to sort. I stopped using them a long time ago and now they've started randomly charging me every month, despite having no activate sim or contract with them. They literally just started billing me 3 months ago out of nowhere despite not using their services, for an amount that doesn't relate to any contract we had in the past. I regret giving them my bank details.
Amazing how cheap they do these before, we should leave all the big providers and go here
