Don't bother, dreadful customer service. Can't turn on voicemail from phone have to go through 45 mins of waiting to be helped!
I want to add my positive outcome, signed up for one deal (15 gig for 3 months at 1.49 then 6.49 a month but spotted this deals, Spoke via webchat to a rep, got a refund and ordered this sim, arrived quickly, already swapped number ( took less than 24 hours). I use Tesco Bank card to load fee's then they can only take money when I put it on. That's my best advice.

Avoid at all costs! I had this deal and recommend it to my friend who also got it. After 1 month they cut us both of as they claimed the payment failed. Neither mine or my friends bank had showed they'd attempted to even try and take the payment and we both had money in our account. Customer service is the worse customer service I have ever spoke to. Issue never got sorted so ended up porting my number over to ID mobile.
