Many KFC workers are 16/17 year old earning £4.62 per hour and not being paid to work over a shift or attend a meeting. They are on low hour contracts ie 6 hours per week and are notified of shifts a days or two before the week starts. I am not saying that people should not eat there, just be kind to the staff.

It stinks because it discriminates against those who don't have a smartphone, like the old or less wealthy (is that legal?)

I'm sadly disappointed in KFC for this kind of behaviour. Not everyone wants, or can afford, a smartphone (or wants to be hooked up the the internet 24/7).

Why can't the same order be made on line from a desktop? (at work or at home).
