Isn't plastic made from petroleum/oil which is animal and plant remains from millions of years ago etc. Seems hard to think of its as vegan, yes those animals died a long time ago which we were not involved in the slaughter of. Does that mean vegans can eat cows struck by lightening or sheep that fell off a hill and died. It's hard to think of plastic as vegan.
