Nightmare trying to cancel. Once ordered they take the money automatically from your account there is nowhere on their site to cancel. I've emailed them but whether they will ignore the email or not I'm contacting my bank to stop the payment

Is this a subscription, I ordered the 99p coin and I didn't see anything about a subscription? Anyone else ordered before and got stuck in a subscription? Looks like if you upgrade the coin you are agreeing to subscription? If you go to your account and my collections it states no subscriptions and also card is not authorised for further payments

I just rang and spoke to Carol at customer services. I purchased the 99p coin and she said this is not a subscription. Hope this helps anyone worrying like I was.
