They are good until they are not. I ordered many products from them and never had problems until last time. They sent incorrect products for which they refunded, and then the next order arrived incomplete. I only realised when I went to the delivery office that I had to pay extra £7 for a missing parcel as Bargainfox failed to put the correct label on the parcel. I exchanged multiple emails with them and they lied through their teeth that the parcel was in fact delivered when it's actually at Delivery office. They don't care and keep delaying it. I am a fastfox member btw. If you want to order then make sure you are prepared for a fight with them if any problems arise as their customer service is beyond useless.

Update
After a number of emails they eventually paid for my parcel to be released. It should be done straight away, but I got my parcel and all good except the customer service, perhaps they have sloth fever.
Marlene17 I think that's what they are doing now. Someone cannot keep up with updating the stock levels on the website and unfortunately it is what it is. All problems started when they changed their website. I ordered from them many times in the past but after recent order I think I will stop completely.
I was going to say this is a great offer, but after reading the above I have been put off ordering, such a shame, but thanks for the feedback on how they operate
