HOW DOES IT WORK?

Clean and dry teeth

Tear open one pouch

Place bottom strip first on the bottom row of teeth

Place the upper strip on the upper row of teeth

Keep strips on for up to 30 minutes. Avoid food or drink.

Remove strips and discard

Rinse mouth
