Ideally you want at least 1:1 gearing or better especially on a gravel bike that can be used off-road. So if you are in a hilly area and don't have legs that resemble popeye's arms then you may need to upgrade the cassette to something like 11-42T. 42T at the front and 42T at the rear gives you 1:1 gearing which is ok low gearing. I guess a 11-42T 10 speed cassette can be purchased for around £20-30 approx. You will of course also need the tool to remove the existing cassette and fit the new one and make all the correct adjustments to the rear derailleur.
