Your Uplifting Facial at Dawn

Drop. Press (don’t rub) 3-4 drops of the Dawn Elixir in the palm of your hand.

Inhale. Cup hands over your nose and face and take three deep breaths. Let the Pink Pepper, Ginger and Fennel energise and awaken your mind.

Apply. Press the oil onto your face and massage in a gentle upward motion.

Roll. Start your mini hourglass timer. Get your Rose Quartz Roller (pop in the fridge overnight to really reap the uplifting benefits) and begin on the right side of the face. Firmly (but gently!) roll from your chin up towards your ear, using more pressure on the upward motion.

Repeat across the entire side of your face until the timer is empty, focusing on your facial contours to really stimulate blood flow and reduce morning puffiness. Turn the hourglass back over, and repeat on the left side. Finish by rolling across the forehead and up your neck.

Your Relaxing Facial at Dusk

Inhale. Cup hands over your nose and face and take three deep breaths. Allow Lavender, Ylang, Ylang and Frankincense to soothe your mind and soul.

Apply. Press the oil onto your face and massage in a gentle upward motion.

Roll.

Start your mini hourglass timer. Get your Rose Quartz Roller and begin slowly rolling up the right side of your face using a gentle pressure.

Massage the skin from the chin up towards your ear to relieve tension in the face and jaw. Repeat across the entire side of your face until the timer is empty.

Turn the hourglass back over, then repeat on the left side, and forehead.

Finish by rolling gently up the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage, breathing in the calming aromatherapeutic blend as you do so.

Sleep. Hit the pillow and let our skin-loving Elixir work its magic.
