got an ottoman from pnhome before which was faulty, i sent photos and all they would do was refund £5,it was damaged on 3 sides and on the top,i didnt know until my friend told me i shouldnt of accepted the £5 and took it up further with Amazon,to get a full refund.but at the time i thought it was better than nothing because i didnt know what rights i had,i looked on Trustpilot later and they have very bad reviews,wish i looked on there first.
