Hobbi Tivoli is a gorgeous and airy acrylic yarn. It’s produced in 100% soft HB acrylic and can be found in an impressive line of beautiful colors.

HB stands for High-Bulk, and means that the yarn has been steamed during the production process, causing the fibres to contract around 20%. The result is a lighter, softer acrylic, which feels better against the skin.

It lends itself especially well to ponchos and shawls, but is also fabulous for many other projects, such as blankets, jumpers and beanies.

Therefore, Tivoli is particularly suitable for everyday use, as it tolerates machine washing up to 30°C/86°F. If you’re hypersensitive to wool, many alternatives can be found, and Tivoli is a safe bet for a soft replacement.
