ld123 Don't touch ID with a bargepole. I signed up in Feb on a £50 reward scheme. 2 weeks for sim to arrive, another 2 for it to work. Still waiting for gift and sim has rarely if ever worked. Can't speak to anyone other than the complaints team who don't honour what they say. Was offered £20 compensation at the beginning - no sign of that either. Switched from Lebara who were great! Beware!!!
