I don't know much about the TQ motor but googled its reliability and someone had one that failed after 300 miles where as the Bosch motor they had before that failed at 500 miles although the replacement Bosch motor is still working after 2000 miles.

This is such a huge reduction on its original retail price. It's a carbon frame, dual suspension and electric motor but I can't help feeling you will need to have a local Evans store to make sure you have a place to return it to, if there is an issue and there maybe many, I also question how good Evan's will be dealing with the issues of such an ebike? I would strongly suggest you pay fully for the ebike on credit card directly so they are jointly responsible resist using paypal or any finance offer. It looks great value but could in fact be a terrible money pit with ongoing problems.
Remember this is an e-mountain bike for going off-road doing technical trails etc. It is not for general riding or commuting. The drivetrain will wear faster, the chain may snap and the suspension will need regular servicing sometimes as low as every 50hrs of riding.
