We ship all our orders via Royal Mail. These can take 3-5 working days to arrive (Mon – Fri). If you are not happy with your order you can send it back to us for a full refund within 60 days of receipt.
We will issue a full product refund if your return meets the criteria below:
- The items must be received back in their original condition. · The items must be unwashed and unworn. The items must be returned in the original packaging with tags still attached. · Please ensure there is no pet hairs on the items. Please do not spray the items with deodorant or aftershave
