62 microgram dosage, more than enough for these dull days (months?) for all of us.....and to cover the extra requirements for groups such as athletes / those with a long-term deficiency.

I like the olive oil capsule (as D3 is a fat-soluble "vitamin" / hormone), and no nasties like Titanium Dioxide as a filler. Not vegan friendly due to Gelatine
