If you don't cancel as soon as you have claimed the £1 promotion, you will be charged for your subscription the next working day anytime from midnight to 11am. So if you don't want to carry on the subscription, you need to cancel straight away using the methods above. I've complained about this many times now. This company is a money making scam. They continued to take money from me for some time until I realised and had to try and fight to get it back.i didn't. They eventually gave me a partial refund.do NOT get involved with this shady company . Shame on Latest Deals for continuing to allow this. The comments are usually turned off,as they know people are wise to oi now. Check these reviews out.

emmabeckz hi there, I did follow instructions exactly as you said and I’ve still been charged as per a lot of the reviews also say. I have sent a request for a refund and contacted my bank to ensure no further payments are taken. I absolutely followed the instructions correctly (thinking that those who had complained maybe failed to follow correctly) so I can only assume this is a bit of a scam. £5 soon adds up. I am disgusted with this site for promoting this - I trusted you guys before - I’m not working due to ill health and £5 is not insignificant. But then again it’s exactly people like me that are targeted for scams like this. Disgusting!

the next draw hasn’t taken place yet it doesn’t until Wednesday so if you call tomorrow you will get it back.

emmabeckz thank you, I absolutely followed the instructions and even used the chat bot too just to be extra sure. I will call them. I totally understand you can only take them at their word and the fact they clearly say to cancel seems legit - but having done so yet still having the money taken out is poor. I appreciate you replying though and will continue using your app :-)
