Bing Rewards: Use Microsoft's Search Engine to Do Your Searches and Earn Points

Available from Microsoft
Comment6

Chances are, most here have not heard of this and I even forgot this was a thing till I noticed it on a website. Bing Rewards at some point in its lifetime appears that it was usable in UK but now it's sort of a US-exclusive.

Despite being for use in America only, if you use a VPN then you can bypass that region lock issue and sign up for it. I'd highly recommend Windscribe which for its free users they offer 10GB and as I'm a paid member I'm very pleased with their service, haven't had any issues with accessing websites/region locked streamings.

Google, Yahoo and Bing are all pretty much the same these days and having loyalty to a search engine is kind of nonsensical. Bing credits me points while searching? I'm in! I know, I know. They're tracking what I search but it's not as if Google, the ISP and the likes don't do it too.

Rewards on Bing Rewards are as follows:

  • Double Donate to Special Olympics
  • Donate to Special Olympics
  • Donate to The Trevor Project
  • Donate to World Wildlife Fund
  • Donate to Team Rubicon
  • Donate to Girls Who Code
  • Donate to The US National Committee for UN Women
  • Donate to City Year
  • Donate to Teach For America
  • Donate to Boys & Girls Club of America
  • Donate to The Future Conservancy
  • Donate to FIRST
  • Donate to WE
  • Donate to Code
  • Donate to Care
  • Donate to Yuwa

  • Sweepstakes: Xbox One X Monthly Giveaway
  • Sweepstakes: 1 Million Microsoft Rewards Points

  • Microsoft Gift Cards - Buy Devices, Games, and More!
  • Xbox Gift Card
  • Skype Credit
  • Microsoft Apparel, Gifts, and More!
  • Xbox LIVE Gold Memberships
  • Xbox Game Pass
  • Starbucks Card eGift
  • $5 Amazon Gift Card
  • $10 AMC Theatres e-Gift Card
  • $5 BK eGift
  • $5 Chipotle Gift Card
  • $25 Hulu Plus E-Gift Card
  • $5 Target eGiftcard
  • $5 Walmart eGift Card
  • $10 Regal Entertainment eGift Card
  • $10 NFL Shop Gift Card
  • $5 Domino's Pizza eGift Card
  • $5 REI E-Gift Card
  • $5 Sephora eGift Card

Besides earning points via doing searches you can also do the daily activities which are all fairly easy, if you have spare time for that.

Yeah, these are all for use in US retail stores and such but a $5 Amazon gift card can come handy and also if you plan on visiting US so you can get $$$ off via one of these rewards at Domino's, Walmart, BK, Chipotle and etc.

Note: In case your account appears to be suspended for some odd reason (mine was), then just contact them and a Microsoft rep will re-activate it and possibly give you 500 bonus points (which happened to me).

P.S. Bing Rewards used to offer Paypal as a payout method but they removed that, so the next closest option is Amazon.

Yeah, I dunno how I totally blanked about this. If there's one thing I love getting is Paypal credit for free and now that option is unavailable on Bing Rewards.

Still, the $5 Amazon gift card can be sold on websites like Reddit and eBay, preferably Reddit so no fees either to eBay/Paypal. In GBP, it comes down roughly to £3.82 which isn't too bad. £3 here, £3 there, £3 elsewhere.. little saves help.

Rockman defo you can't beat free money and like you already said, like it or not every move you make online is getting tracked in some way so we might as well get something for it. I've got a good few apps which i just either open once a day or take photos of receipts i either get or find, i've got apps that pay me for walking instead of taking the car (i can't drive anyway) and i get either PayPal/Amazon/Tesco vouchers for them, I didn't know you could sell vouchers on Reddit, thanks for tip, do you just search within Reddit for it, ive only used Reddit a handful of times. Your right it all adds up

Nikki2017 I used to use Embee VX and CX on a spare Android phones I have but now the VX/CX became stricter and only work on a few. At least the spares only cost me £5-10 so didn't really lose any money as it can be used at any time for anything.

Embee's great when it works and payouts pretty much instantly.

Rockman love my Embee meter but they have tightened right up i had the better one on my Samsung and the normal one on my sony but i factory reset my Samsung and when i re installed it, it said there's either no space or your phone isnt suited, well it was suited half an hour ago lol, ive still got it on my Sony, keeping a grip on that, lesson learned lol, spare phones are great, i run videos on mine at all ours, leave them running when i go out or go to bed etc, ive got Better points too so every time im out walking/shopping etc im gathering points,, i actually don't think there's much of my daily life the i don't earn something for doing lol. They want my data they can pay for it, lets face it they'll only take it anyway 💁‍♀️

Nikki2017 Interesting. What apps do you keep running on your spares? Have three more cheap spares and haven't used them in months since Embee isn't eligible on any.

I initially registered for a Panel App service (dunno its name now) but decided to ditch. It required me to send out an SMS, then once the app was recognized on the phone I'd have to reboot, accept to yada yada.. Jeez, if they were like Embee I'd be in.
