Tried to cancel this four times in four weeks and keep being fobbed off with same email reply!
Unfortunately it’s a tricky deal - yes you do receive a pet tag which if your furry family member goes missing, please can scan the tag and you are alerted - Happy Days. The tricky bit comes when money is taken from your account the next month etc. as you don’t realise it’s a monthly subscription - not just the price of initial postage! I didn’t read this when applying for my “Only Pay Postage” fob, so I do not recommend.
LynnieDicker Yes, I fell for it as well. It was a right pain to get it cancelled.
Might be a good deal for those wanting to use this long term, and definitely a good way to 'trial' it, but if you're literally only signing up for the 'free' tag and plan on cancelling to avoid the monthly fee, it's probably not worth it because I imagine the QR code on the tag would then stop working? 
TomWilliams there is a free monthly membership but I don’t know exactly what you get for the free membership. Or how easy it is to change your membership from a paid one to free version
I don't understand the need for this product tbh, expensive subscription that does the same as a microchip but less safe as it's attached to a collar, not your pet.
Marlene17 that’s exactly what my mum said when I told her I’d got her this for her dog . She said her dogs microchipped anyway and if anyone stole the dog they’d take off the tag and throw away . I hadn’t actually thought of that at the time. Lol

SassyBee001 it’s an app and you upload a pic and all details of your pet and then it’s only £2.95 a month.
I’ve got one of these on my Dog and I don’t take him out without it, what I also love is if any animals go missing everyone that has the app get the notification. I’m so glad I got my boy one it’s such a great peace of mind
Yes my daughter did this for me it said just pay postage tag is free, but then they have your bank details for postage charge but also for the monthly payment which suddenly shows up on your bank statement
Good freebie but it’s a subscription box and a bit of a pain to cancel once signing up
