Well, I did try the Erm.. 'Nice approach' aka 'Begging' for us all here , Which as you can see didn't work. Therefore had to follow up with the 'Not so polite' approach 
Which, for some reason deemed to be unsuccessful too??.. 
What can I say... I tried 
everyone seems to be getting something or other free. I have nothing on mineFor those of you lovelies that don't seem to be getting anything... this is a suggestion.. from working in retail in high positions.... remember suggestion 
..... email head office customer services...express your disappointment at others receiving free product vouchers such as hot cross buns, daffodils, jars of piggy sweets, and Swiss chocolate and yet everytime you have checked you have come away disheartened and disappointed, has there been a technical error or is a fine establishment such as m&s picking and choosing customers that are spending a lot more in their stores because of their budgets. Are you being penalised because your budget isn't as big as other customers 
.
Guarantee you, you'll soon have some goodwill gestures flying your way.

Mctash .. here you go.. phone, email live chat. Say you would like to complain..... not enquire as you feel you are being penalised by not being rewarded as other shoppers are because your shopping budget isn't as big as theirs. Their reward policy is unfair to the customers 
on the lower budgets who still like to shop at m&s but who have to watch their pennies. You would like this addressed and a response sought as soon as feasibly possible.
