I have sent for the free Notebook Sample and I pray that it will arrive in the mail but I am not holding much hope that it will arrive. We shall see if I and others receive the free sample.

4imprint sell promotional merchandise for business only. I learnt this after sharing similar. I don't think you will receive anything. There are ways they can check if postal address is a business.

i received these and a desktop advent calendar 
it depends what you order a free sample of as I ordered a plain black tote bag and it arrived and I use It all the time
