hendertester a small postage fee is not much to pay when it comes to your health . The item is still free and is allowed to be posted as such as long as the postage fee is not disproportionate and the postage charge here is appropriate.
There's currently no national screening programme for prostate cancer in the UK because the PSA test is not always accurate www.nhs.uk/conditions/prostate-cancer/should-i-have-psa-test/ please do further tests if in doubt
