How to keep getting free coffee at Waitrose

You may have read that Waitrose is ending its free tea and coffee offer (sources: Evening Standard, Telegraph).

Instead, you'll have to provide proof of purchase. You'll have to buy something first to get your free hot drink. However, there's no minimum spend.

So Latest Deals member andy has found a genius way to keep getting coffee and tea for just 1p!

Writing on his blog, BeCleverWithYourCash, Andy went into a Waitrose store and looked for cheapest possible item.

He found a single loose cup mushroom cost just 1p, and shared a photo of his receipt to prove it:
