How do I send in my phone?

You can either print the free postage label and use your own packaging. Or you can request packaging to be sent:

Use your own packaging

If you’d like to send the phone off quickly and you have a printer available, you can print the free postage label attached to the order confirmation. Package up the phone yourself and send it to us. Remember to wrap up the phone securely to protect it from damage.

Request packaging

Alternatively, you can request packaging to be sent out. This will be sent to the address stored on the account and should arrive within 2 working days.

Remember to get proof of postage when sending off your phone. This will give you your package tracking number.
