About Alton Towers Codes

Thank you for choosing Latest Deals as your go-to source for Alton Towers discount codes and deals. We are committed to helping you make the most out of your visit to one of the UK's top theme parks. Whether you're seeking thrill rides, family fun, or a magical short break, we've got you covered. Remember to check back regularly for the latest updates and offers.

Planning Your Visit

Buy your tickets online in advance of your visit to dodge any queues at the entrance. Remember to search for an Alton Towers discount code. The park frequently offers online discounts, providing a chance to save money by booking early. Remember to explore the variety of rides and decide which ones are your must-dos; this can help you devise a strategy to ensure you don't miss out on your preferred experiences.

Arrive about 15 minutes before the park's opening to take advantage of shorter lines. If weather permits, consider visiting on a rainy day. Fewer people are present on these days, resulting in shorter waiting times. And, with several water rides at Alton Towers, you'll likely get a little wet anyway.

5 Ways to Save Money At Alton Towers

  1. Do not buy your tickets on the gate: Book via the website for discounts. Use a voucher.
  2. If you plan on visiting more than twice a year, an annual pass will save you money.
  3. Check Kelloggs cereal packets (and periodically other products) for Buy one Ticket Get One Free offers.
  4. Offers for email subscribers: If you sign up to the Alton Towers email newsletter you’ll receive special offers direct to your inbox.
  5. Redeem loyalty points: You can get up to 75% off theme parks by converting Tesco Clubcard points into vouchers.

Rides and Attractions

Image

Alton Towers features a plethora of rides and attractions for every thrill level and age group. Some of the park's iconic attractions include:

  • The Smiler: A rollercoaster boasting a world record 14 inversions.
  • Wicker Man: The UK's first wooden rollercoaster in over 20 years and the first ever to incorporate fire.
  • Nemesis: A legendary rollercoaster that offers a unique, feet-dangling ride experience.
  • Galactica: A rollercoaster combined with cutting-edge virtual reality technology, giving riders an immersive experience of travelling through space.
  • Congo River Rapids: A water ride that simulates a journey down a wild, exotic river.

To beat the queues, head over to The Smiler and Wicker Man early in the day, then move forward. There tend to be fewer queues at the back of the park in the morning, and you'll find yourself moving counter to the crowds for the rest of the day.

Food and Drink

Alton Towers hosts a variety of food and drink outlets catering to all preferences. However, eateries can get busy around lunchtime. Consider having your meal slightly later, around 3PM. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own picnic and eat at your leisure. There are several picturesque spots to enjoy a picnic, such as the Gardens or near the Towers themselves.

  • Explorers Pizza Pasta Buffet: A buffet-style feast of mouth-watering Italian pizza and pasta dishes, accompanied by a fresh side salad of your choice from their salad bar.
  • The Burger Kitchen: Offers succulent burgers combining premium ingredients.
  • Just Chicken: Enjoy luscious chicken coated in their very own unique seasoning recipe! Dine in their unique Oblivion themed restaurant.
  • Corner Coffee: Offers a large selection of sandwiches, baked pastries and delicious cakes.
  • Woodcutters Bar & Grill: Freshly prepared meals, delivered straight to your table, from mouth-watering steaks to succulent grilled chicken breast.
  • Rollercoaster Restaurant: The UK’s first Rollercoaster Restaurant is set below a vast rollercoaster track, where you can watch as orders tackle gravity defying loop-the-loops before dropping to the table.

Shopping

Alton Towers offers a wide selection of merchandise in their onsite shops. From themed clothing to collectable items, you can find the perfect keepsake to remember your day. The park also sells merchandise related to special events and seasonal celebrations, ensuring you have a memento for every visit.

  • Towers Trading: A large shop with shelves stacked from floor-to-ceiling with Alton Towers products.
  • Alton Towers Resort Online Shop: You can shop online and get your favourite Theme Park merchandise delivered straight to your door. They offer a range of products including Wickerman, Nemesis, Oblivion and Galactica items as well as exclusive online products. You may be able to find online coupon codes for the shop too.

Alton towers is fantastic for a family outing. We took our nieces and nephews a few years ago and they absolutely loved it. We are planning to take them again next summer all being well. So many rides to enjoy for all ages. Queue time isn’t extensive which also helps as kids can get bored easily. Highly recommended

Had a fabulous time at Alton Towers because we were going at half term we pre booked on their website to.guarantee our entry and it going at such a popular time. It was £35 if we paid on the day It would have been £68 so it's worth pre booking. You.can buy a 2 day pass £47 instead of £80.00 and they even have parent and toddler pass at £29. On line it will tell you the busiest and quietest times to.visit the resort. Please note their are height restrictions on the water Park. If you need to.leave the resort for any reason like going back to the car to get a jumper they will stamp your hand so you get back in They have 21 fantastic themed areas that contain a variety of different rides and attractions we loved the forbidden valley, and the world of David Williams very much. You can down load a map to.plan your visit before you go, Its a brilliant place for all.ages and a fabulous day out. I would recommend it.

This has got to be the best theme park in the uk and there are loads of rides to choose from. We have stayed in different accommodation over the years from outside to the hotel. We now prefer a log cabin inside and we do a bit of self catering. The kids absolutely love this place and it’s not too far from we’re we live.
