My partner used the Harry's website for the free sampling products that's they had on offer and was that impressed he then subscribed and now gets deliveries from them. This has been months now and we have never had any issues. Customer services have always been very helpful and friendly and we were told you can cancel with no fuss.
A friend of mine mentioned this company to me so I decided to give them a go. The price is actually quite decent and the razors work very well(so far anyway!). The razor blades are also of great quality, they are sharp but don't leave the skin itchy afterwards and feels quite smooth. Deliveries have also been on time and items ordered were accurate.
Unless the standards drop, I wouldn't want to use any other brands now.
I've never a major issue to involve customer service before, but when I had questions, they were prompt and answered everything is full!
Signed up to the free trial from this company a few weeks ago and the shaver is awesome and still as sharp after about 5 shaves. A little disappointed that I had to pay £3.95 for the trial postage but I had been recommended by a friend, so I knew these were going to be great!
