This is our electric company we have and we are reasonably happy with it. The only problem we have is we have been in credit for £1500 and you have to claim your money back and only £500 at a time. We don’t think it is right but we cannot move at the moment as we are tied in. Will change when we can,
Used to be a good company but now it’s not. I know electric and gas has gone up but the service we get is really shocking and as soon as we are out of this contract then we will be moving. When it suits they treat as individuals and when you want to claim YOUR money back they treat them together . Can’t wait until we move.
