Charlie Bigham’s is a brand that makes tasty packaged cuisines. Charlie introduced this brand to the globe. He named his brand after his name itself. This brand was set up by him in 1996. He aimed to create really delicious dishes for the lay public. It was he who wanted to create some mouth-licking cuisines for all foodies out there. The kitchen where Charlie makes his magic on raw foods is situated in McNicol Drive, London. This is the place where the newly made invention is made from Ham En Croute to Chicken Satay Curry. How did Bigham's begin?

In 1994 Charlie with his maverick mind decided to Quit his Job and travel to India. Hypnotised by the colours, tastes and aromas of the Indian cuisine, he made it a mindset to go. After returning from there, he decided to set up his dream business. Mesmerized by the enthralling flavors he established his own brand in 1996. After he experimented with Cajun Chicken, Caribbean Lamb and Salmon along with Dill Sauce he went out to every food shop. Among those food shops, Waitrose was initially the first interested. This list has eventually grown from Sainsbury’s, Tesco and others.

They have always excelled in what they do, so these ranges of food have been a desire of many. Their range of products varies for every taste bud. As they know their consumers’ wants and eventually ask what they really want.

Food for one- The Bigham’s have made different sets of food for a single person. These types of foods include Moussaka, Meatballs, Lasagne, and Fish Pie. Other specialities in tasty food sets are Chicken Tikka Masala & Pilau Rice and Thai Red Chicken Curry & Fragrant Rice.

Charlie Bigham’s Lasagne- It contains 355G of Lasagne. This product is packaged within a cardboard box which protects the inside product. The food has been slow-cooked with White wine and layered with egg pasta. It is then garnished with their creamy béchamel sauce. Ingredients used are fresh milk, British beef, Celery and wheat.
