How do I return/exchange?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

Simply follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your Weighted Blanket within 100 days of receiving your order.

You can return your Pod within 30 days of receiving your order.

Separately purchased products (Covers, Pillowcases, Sleepbuds) need to be returned unopened within 14 days.

Please note, clearance items are non-refundable.

Items must be undamaged and in a like-new condition.

Weighted Blankets must be returned in their original cover bags - this is the cream coloured linen bag the weighted blanket comes in. Feel free to keep the orange tote bag if you've received one.

The original shipping box is not necessary
