The 1 month free membership will be applied to the checkout by eligible customers using the relevant discount code. Only one discount code can be redeemed per customer.

The 1 month complimentary membership is considered a “Trial”. For Trials, we’ll require you to provide your payment details to start the Trial. By providing such details you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for the Paid Subscription on the first day following the end of the Trial on a recurring monthly basis. If the member chooses to cancel their COCOON membership during or after the 1 month complimentary membership, the standard cancellation policy and notice period applies (see CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP terms).
