had brochure with discount code 072 tried to order stuff from brochure but at checkout told code not valid so cancelled order

Do not like the fact they seem to offer nothing for existing customers and none of the codes work ordered loads this month , just went to do another order for nearly £60 but after seeing the 4.99 delivery charge , have not ordered . They are losing out of business by not looking after existing customers imo
I couldn't agree more bonfires ever work for me if been a customer for years just going to place another order but as usual free delivery code doesn't work so I'm not bothering to order mary

052 worked for me, gave me 10% discount if i spent over £20. Worked great spent £50 got my postage for free with the discount. Thank you

It’s poor that existing customers that spend a lot of money cannot get free delivery. I spent 99 quid the other day, couldn’t get free delivery. About to spend another 66 quid and again can’t find a free delivery code. I absolutely hate paying for delivery

I'm about to spend £220. But none of the 4 free delivery codes will work for me. As usual Studio fail to look after their existing customers & don't get me started on their awful call centres!
