14 Alternative Irish Cream Liqueurs That Can Replace Baileys

Other

We all love a baileys, at least i do

But it can be a bit expensive at times , so i do look around for a baileys copy

This article tells you some of the best and worst in their opinion

I have made my own in the past and i was told it was quite nice

But i would be willing to give one of these others a try, would you ?

I have tried alternatives and I did not like them at all. I bought one from Tesco`s and It went straight down the sink. It was disgusting. For me personally I prefer an alternative to Baileys. I like:

Amarula Original Marula Fruit & Cream Liqueur

This Is my choice and It`s from South Africa. £12.50 on Amazon but Is fluctuates. You just got to look out for the offers. Even In the Supermarkets.

Can’t beat a proper Baileys and usually round Christmas there’s price war on with it round local supermarkets to see who can come up with the best deal so I usually stock up on few bottles of it then. My daughter makes an amazing baileys cheesecake with lots of Baileys in it. I always overindulge on it when she makes me and can eat nothing else rest of day and part of next day cos I m still full up on that - my guilty pleasure 😂

Always buy some when on offer. Couple months ago the litre bottle was on offer in Sainsbury’s, cheapest around so bought a few bottles. Love it in hot chocolate.

Hubby made an Amarula cocktail in the summer, delicious but sickly!

Tried the marks and Spencer’s version, think it was something like brownie flavour on offer for £6-£8 (can’t remember exactly) and I didn’t like the flavour but the family did!

If buying for a gift I usually pick up a couple of bottles of Baileys when they are on offer and put them by but actually i'm quite happy witha bottle from Aldi or Lidl for myself, on the other hand my friend won't drink anything other than Baileys. 🤣

I think for any Bailey’s fan the best thing to do is stock up during the festive period cause it’s always on offer then.

Lidl's,Aldi and Asda ones are fine by me but I usually wait until the Baileys is on offer.I'd rather spend £10-15 on a litre of that then three times as much on a silly bottle of designer perfume or face cream.

Baileys is one of the best and if i can get it on offer then brilliant, but there are a lot of other good ones out there and I do like to try them all! At the end of the day its what on offer at the time, but I have so many bottles at the moment I dont think I will be buying for a while.

I always buy Baileys when it's on offer, WON'T pay the price Tesco charge..£22 so buy it on Club Card at £13..

Saw it recently but already got 3 bottles!

I’ve tried a few in the past, from Iceland, Lidl and Aldi, and tbh I’m not a fan of baileys anyway so they were all on par with each other

Not a fan of Baileys as a taste but just love the smell of it. I have had small amounts on ice cream occasionally or in a coffee but to be honest I don't really think it enhances coffee. My mother loves the stuff and I often buy it as presents for her, Christmas, Birthday, Mothers Day etc but have no use for the stuff myself. When I've tried it neat in a glass it sort of makes me want to vomit. I just don't seem to be setup to take spirits, there are no spirits I like. However the only thing I really like involving Baileys is a Baileys milk shake, with ice cream, milk and cream but I have to be quite sparing with the Baileys.
