Raining while it's perfectly clear sky just ain't right, it feels weird.
Huh, I thought they told us that was a "conspiracy theory."
I hope not but then I am neither a plant, a tree or a duck lol. The ground sure could use some water but I worry for some who live in areas prone to flooding. The water company will loose plenty of this precious resource no doubt by ignoring the need for new pipes and/or repairing the old ones. With the hindsight of these weather predicitons I hope that precautions are being put in place now and not when it's too late.
EmmaWright762 my place of work flooded about 18 months ago. We still have areas out of bounds it's awful given that it's a playground and we can't use it. It's ridiculous waiting for insurance and red tape to sort it
I think I’m just used to the English weather thats why I get away as much as possible. Although just arrived in Lanzarote this evening and it’s drizzling a bit, hopefully be gone by the morning.
To be honest I always expect there to be rain so it's a nice surprise when there isn't. As long as there is some sun so we can take our son out a few times I will be happy enough. I can't stand it when it's too hot anyway.
It would be lovely to have a warm summer but not boiling hot as can't handle the heat anymore and can't sleep either, so please not too much rain.
Well I was reading today that a heat wave for the UK is coming sometime in june
