I’ve definitely become a lot more body confident as I’ve grown older. The parts of my body that I used to hate when I was a teenager are now what I like most. I wish I could have told myself back then not to worry so much and saved myself a lot of teenage angst!

Yes, age is just a number and yes, I'm more body confident now than I ever have been. I now have a partner who appreciates and is positive about my body and when I look at it there are no major flaws (it's capable of wearing a bikini) whereas before it was seen a vessel to do chores and I was constantly put down.

I think there are age appropriate outfits. Age appropriate styles and makeup but many get better with age. I think age gracefully and don't be desperate to hold on to youth. Enjoy your body changes as you age.

I wouldn't say I was morebody confident but I've learnt not to care what others think. My body has changed, I've had my son, lost lots of weight and I've learned to love it for what it is.

Age is just a number. In my case case a large number. Wouldn't say I was body confident - more a case of couldn't really care less what people think

I don't think that i've ever really been body confident, I did like what I saw a couple of years ago when I lost a lot of weight through illness but i've put it all back on again now.

Body confident is not a phrase I have ever paid attention to. I had a body, it worked for me and I never gave it a thought. I have gone through overweight phases and wished to be slimmer but again, body confidence never came into it. I have never flaunted my body half naked even in my teens, twenties, when it was pretty good, not due to lack of confidence but due to self respect. My granddaughter is the same, a beautiful young woman who has never felt the need to show acres of flesh. I don't care what people think of my body as I am loved by those that matter and am at total peace with how I look, wrinkles and all. If it bothers others that is their problem not mine. There are far more things to worry about in this world than body confidence.

I’ve always been ashamed of my body especially now. Looking back I had a good figure in my teens and twenties but wanted to be a size 10 like my sister.

I think unless you confront and sort out chldhood problems, they stay with you most if not all of your life. There's way too much body/facial image protrayed on social media to make people with little or no confidence feel even worse no matter the age.
