Do you agree with a recent newspaper article? After watching Ben and Cat just a couple of times i decided that whoever chose Cat to be co-presenter had made a huge mistake. They didn't seem to get along as well as other partnerships and i felt Ben was a little exasperated by Cat's childish behaviour and pushing herself forward. They need to find him a more compatible co presenter
Stop watching it then, it's not rocket science. If you don't like it, turn it off!
TheChimp why do you always get so cross?Nowhere did I say I don't like it. There are many interesting articles and helpful ones too. I have always liked watching This Morning but the presenters can make or break a show. Ben I love but there is something about Cat that puts me off. I will continue to watch for the recipes, doctors advice, celebrity interviews etc. It wouldn't do for us all to like the same things.
We have had some good chats in the past but maybe you are having an off day, I will not take it personally.

I think Judy is very fragile now but I can see your point. Whilst I like most of the show I can't stand it when they interview nut jobs who say they're having a threesome with a ghost, or worse marrying one. It's almost abuse to encourage them in their psychosis, if that's the right word.
I don't watch it so I wouldn't know, I would guess finding replacements for Schofield ect.. would be difficult
martinlufc5637 I don't why they didn't just stick with Alison and Dermot, they seem very able and get along well.
martinlufc5637 I could see it coming ... replacing safe Philip Schofield and Holly W with presenters who are all inexperienced to present a daily show.
I haven't seen a full show with them but have caught snippets here & there but even with that Iv noticed she isn't as good as him. I never understood why they choose them tbh, I thought they might have stuck with Josie as she is popular with viewers or Alison & Dermot who are so much better together now.
Glitterandgold I do like Josie but I find her far too hyper, like a teen on speed!!
Not a regular viewer of this morning and haven’t managed to catch any of the new presenting duo. Think anyone would take a bit of getting used to though cause Holly & Phil were on it for so long
jms19 if you haven't caught it for a while you may not have seen all the stand ins they've had. It has made me realise that not everyone is suited and it takes a special person to present that show.
I didn't like Craig ----- , Cat Deeley, Josie too hyper and even Alison annoys me sometimes, she is not very intelligent and is awful if she has to read anything like the beat Brandreth quiz questions, but her personality makes up for it.
I don't watch This Morning, occasionally during the holidays when I'm off work. But I never thought that they would be a good duo. They should have stuck with Alison and Dermot, they are great together. I don't like Josie presenting, she is just too hyper for me.

I read the question and couldn’t work out who Ben and Cat were to start with. Then the penny dropped. So that should answer your question, no I don’t watch them.
eyeballkerry lol it really does, you would have to have seen it a few times to get what I am saying. Unfortunately, I have always been a bit of a TV addict but I do multi task when watching, emails, LD, knitting etc.
dknowles41 glad I am not the only one! I think it shows in Ben's body language when she goes off on a tangent and laughs and chatters over him.
Nope I think the job should goto Alison Hammond and Dermot Oleary I thought they were better presenters as the bounced off each other better.
I like Ben and Cat, and thought they were going to be the main presenters, but now Alison and Dermott are back on!!!
I also loved is it Mel, that did the show for a week or so, but is now pregnant or more pregnant
maggie1979 they are the main presenters. But main presenters always have school holidays off, which happened two weeks after they started. Don't know Mel.
Not sure that was her name definitely, she just did it for a week, quietly spoken, blonde think week before Cat and Ben started, I didn't know about school holidays as only been watching since off sick, lol
But Alison and Dermott often annoy me acting like teenagers etc
I enjoy watching This Morning with the recipes,medical,beauty and soaps etc.I like Ben Shepherd as a presenter. I don't know what it is about Cat Deeley? I find she talks over everyone and everything. She might be trying to hard at presenting the programme. I would have liked Craig Doyle and Josie Gibson as presenters.They are more down to earth.
hillmary615 Absolutely agree with you. I am sure Cat is a lovely person but I just can't take to her as a presenter. Ben does need someone a little more gregarious to balance his style but not her.
I don't think i've actually watched This Morning since Richard & Judy hosted it, but used to enjoy it then. Not keen on Josie to be honest.

abrittain86 because everyone is entitled to an opinion, even you, and by their very nature opinions often differ and cause arguments. I am very sure you hold opinions I may not agree with.
Im switching off, can’t think of one reason why these 2 were chosen to be the nxt anchores of the show wen they had so many other people to choose from, they r a bit boring and predictable , not in any rush to watch the show again
dh2crc6wfc I am beginning to feel that way as my irritation level with Cat is too high to keep watching. I like the show's content, mostly, and I can usually put up with most of the presenters. I find Craig too touchy feely.
