I 'Am' a Transplant

I twice encountered this word usage recently in two completely different settings so obviously need to re-educate. I always thought that a transplant was a donor organ but it seems that a person can be similarly termed as/when/if they are displaced or re-locating.Confused!
The whole world confuses me at the moment, well no it doesn't I understand what's going on but I hate it and could sometimes explode with anger. I no longer watch news or take on board these new words, I just want to live out my life in peace without the constant worry.
Lynibis I know so many people, us included, who won't watch the news for fear of spontaneously combusting! 
Lynibis If we "Send you to Coventry" you'd probably be an enraged transplant lol. 
I think they just changed meanings for the sake of it, it's all getting confusing, I just stick to what I know
It's all confusing I'm not gonna re-educate myself but transplant i think it depends on what you were talking about
