Amazon £3 off £10 Spend Offer Gone From Account

Did anyone else get this offer back in May? It doesn’t expire until December 31st and it has to be delivered to a locker.
I haven’t used it and thought to check still on account it was still there, the last time I checked was about a week or two ago now and it’s just gone like wtf 
I usually use the voucher right away but didn’t
Anyone else have the same problem?
In their terms/conditions for these types of offers, I usually see an expiry date but also a limit on the number of claims that can be made (for example, 'only available until 20,000 have been claimed' - you have to actually make a purchase rather than just claiming it to your account). If I were to guess, I would say that the amount of claims have been exhausted on the offer, otherwise it would still show as available on your account as the offer ended before the expiry date. Yeah I already claimed it and added to my account this was back in May and it was gone, was still there last I checked two weeks ago! Never even used it
First person said can’t use on items that are on promotion pfft
I have used them many times before can and it’s sold and dispatched by them
Took 1 hour and 33 minutes to sort it out!
Second person added it back to my account, tried it on book over £10 and they are reduced and now it’s not limited to being delivered to locker!
Was told it won’t expire until 10 years time lol 
Consumer I know, so annoyed 
wasting my time with damn first person kept telling me me too add items to basket saying it’s books reduced there was nothing added like wtf wasted a whole hour! Even sending the screenshot saying added to my account not used it!
Second person for it sorted out much faster!
Has to be claimed added to your account can be used only when you checkout to see if it can be applied to your order!
Wasting so much time when could have just added it back the first time!! 
and can use £3 off on any items! 
Only £3? It used to be 7, then 5, now 3? They're getting rid of it as more people use it.
I don't mean to disregard £3 as "little," but in comparison to what they gave before.
PhilipMarc yeah that’s right it used to be £7 off but that was many years ago!! yes £5 was still good! Now £3 is better than nothing!!
kitty88uk I think I used my £3 (or was it £5? I can't remember) since I became aware I could get free delivery this way.
