Another Amazon failure. Never used to be honest, not even sure how legal it was? Am I correct in thinking this was a way to circumnavigate paying full price for apps? I take it Amazon legally paid out of their pocket for the downloads?
Correct. Amazon would pay for the apps that'd get use out of it.
There's some stuff worth downloading. I've not tested if a backup apk of a Amazon Underground app works on another phone, but guess it does.
Rockman AH get ya. I am not really a big phone user so never really clued up on Apps, especially the less popular sources. I only found out about this because of your posts on here, would never have heard of them otherwise. I take it that it worked a bit like Spotify works, they pay the developers a small pittance for every app downloaded?
Speaking of Amazon, just realised I had been paying £7.99 for Prime the last couple of months, but cancelled the other day over 20 days into this months payment and they auto refunded the full month and cancelled it for me, good service that.
