Annoying Latest Deals App Pop Up

When I visit the site I get the pop up in the picture below asking me if I'd like to install the Latest Deals App.
Not a problem in itself, but when I try and close it it immediately pops up again. This happens for about 30 seconds before the pop up finally stays closed.
I was wondering if this was a site issue, or a Chrome issue?

Thanks for the feedback! It definitely isn't intended to pop up multiple times. I'll have a look at the code and see if I can work out what's going on 
I had it yesterday, I just couldn't get it off screen whatever I did and I was climbing the wall! In desperation I clicked 'Install' and held my breath as I didn't want to install it but I never got a page to do that, it cleared it and hasn't come back yet blacklabrador

JoTarpley Thank you, I hit install and nothing happened, but the pop up seems to have gone.
I had the same problem yesterday. It popped up every time I looked at a different page on LD, but it's been fine today.
I made a tweak earlier today so that this should only popup once and not hassle you again if you close it
