Anybody Else Have Different Items Sent by Amazon Instead of What Was Purchased

I've never had it as wrong as that I've had wrong shoes sizes and only 1 item of things that has stated 6

I think I've had it 3 or 4 times out of maybe 300 plus orders. I seem to remember I was sent a mini printer once which they allowed me to keep and I sold on.

Never had a problem with wrong items and I shop quite a bit with Amazon.

Did you get to keep the shower caps?

A couple of years back I ordered a vacuum flask and received a plastic ride on scooter! The product bar code etc was correct for what I had ordered so I could see what the error was. Spoke to a very friendly lady in customer service who burst out laughing. Full refund made on the spot and told I could keep the scooter. Think its still in the shed somewhere... Reordered the flask and it arrived the next day no problem. Mistakes can happen anytime - its how they deal with those mistakes that makes all the difference - and Amazon are usualy the best. Very is another company where we had an issue and it was all sorted with one phone call with full refund and an additional £20 voucher of a future order.

I have had a couple of mistakes, can't recall what was ordered but I ended up getting a medication pill box and it looked like the correct barcode for my item was on it. Amazon swiftly sorted

I’ve had incorrect items before from both amazon and sellers on amazon. When it was amazon they let me keep the stuff (which i just donated to charity as I didn’t have a use for it) and the individual seller asked me to return it then sent me out the right item.
