Has Anyone Else Been Having Problems Uploading Receipts with Shoppix?

SalmaS I checked the Play Store to see if there was any updates, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the ap twice & it's still not working, I've emailed shoppix to see if they can help, I will be very surprised if they get back to me

SadiqA Yes, I can log in & click on receipts, rewards, surveys, home & the camera icons, I can select a picture from my gallery, click on the next few steps then it gets stuck on loading it, I last sent an email receipt on the 28th August which was accepted. I haven't been able to upload paper receipts since 31st August.

HEDGEHOGS Thanks for the suggestion, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the ap twice & it's still not working I've emailed Shoppix to see if they can help, but doubt they will reply

Nadiaparveen Thanks for the suggestion, I've cleared the cache on the shoppix & Chrome app after googling how to do that but it still isn't working after uninstalling & reinstalling the ap twice & restarting my phone

SilverRose I think I had a similar issue with them but it kind of resolved itself but I understand its annoying. I would suggest to email them about this help@shoppixapp.com

Nadiaparveen Thanks, I emailed them yesterday, they never reply, I've emailed them a few times previously, when I've had problems with missing points etc, I think they just sort the problem & don't reply to emails lol.

I'm hoping this will be the case with this as I think I've received £25 in 13 months uploading receipts which isn't as great as Amazon Shopper Panel but every little helps

SilverRose I hope it sorts out for you .. if it does work again maybe going forward cash out a bit earlier incase it all starts again
