Has Anyone Else Had Problems with Oodie?

Placed an order with Oodie the 1st week of November, payment taken but then receive an email to say that they are experiencing difficulties with their delivery company, didn't receive any further information. I had to contact them ! Didn't stop them sending text messages every few days over their Black Friday period. Expected better from such a well known company,
We are still awaiting our order from 22/11/23 the Email I received back referred me to their FAQ on the web site that treads: Our UK fulfilment centre is currently experiencing delays in dispatch. We are taking all possible steps to work through these delays as promptly as possible. We want to assure you that orders are still being sent out, there may just be a delay in their dispatch and arrival.
MartinJarvis , good luck with getting a timely response, it's frustrating when you are waiting for your order with several items needing to be posted on when the postal delivery dates for Xmas deliveries is on the borderline.
Really frustrating when you are contacting a "reputable" company because you have received no further information for over 10 days.
Has definitely put me off placing any further orders

I ordered my orange Oodie in Nov and still have not received my order as yet, they have informed me of delays but its starting get annoying waiting this long for 1 item
I was warned not to buy from them, customer service is a joke and rarely ship orders, glad I didn't now
This company was featured on The Martin Lewis Money Programme, the people who's stories were used finally got their Oodies after he got involved as shown that night on his programme.
