Anyone Else Using Receipt Apps?
Ask a Question
I’ve been using Snap my eats and past few days keep seeing this message! I just have to wait for it to be fixed! It says won’t lose credits but sill worries me!
I have not redeem my reward as I’m trying to get to £25! Kind of annoying how it’s taking a while to be sorted out..
MelissaLee1 I use that app too but it takes ages just to get to £5!!
No problem I’m not sure if you can join snap my eats right away but give it a try
kitty88uk I womble aka when in a big store I pick up other discarded receipts as well. You can load about 22 a week. Then you hit the fiver about every month.I've just started playing games on Mistplay that earns quicker as long as you don't spend money on the way.Just play the free games. There's loads.
MelissaLee1 I did that before but got blocked on Storewards saying can’t use family’s receipts you need to be careful! It can happen to you!
I still post others receipts but make sure items are paid by cash lol
Not heard of mistplay app is it safe? What does the app icon look like?
MelissaLee1 Ive been a wombler for years to the point of when asda had apg. Its good now for the purposes of Zip zero and I paid £150 towards my energy and £200 for the council tax.
kitty88uk When I first started using this app I thought it was for restaurants receipts only and took me ages to get to £5 then realised its any receipt with food on.
stuartsmith544 l did use Zip zero a while back and it paid for my mobile phone bill but they changed the way they work. I have £179.39 in my account but can only use 37p of it.
MrsCraig Is this one android as i have searched the apple App Store and nothing came up. I know before you mentioned one that wasn’t on apple.
eyeballkerry this one is for android but they are currently working on an app for apple phones but think it will be a while till its done.
Leannexxx Amazon one?Not familiar with that. This post is wonderfully informative.
MelissaLee1 Amazon shopping panel you don't get alot on it each month but it's something towards my account last month it was £8
Leannexxx Great.I'll have a looksky.£8 is better than a kick up the jacksy lol.
Leannexxx yes I have been using that app too! Recently only been getting £7, £5 for 10 receipts and £2 ads haven’t had surveys in a long time! But I’ve gotten so much Amazon vouchers!!
What about you? How much have you earned? There’s a waiting list for new people who want to join but I was lucky was able to join right away when I heard about it on latest free stuff group!
I use snapmy eats and have also got this message when I popped on some receipts yesterday, i'm sure it will clear up soon and you'll be able to get your voucher .
I've never rated Snap my eats and theree payments. I always thought it was me as when I wanted to cash out but there was always excuses and delays so it went the way of my rubbish . I would really recommend soon as you're eligible for any apps cash in and if not needed move the payment or reward elsewhere.
It happens now and again on the Snap app, but it’s usually sorted out - have used it for years and have only seen this problem happen a handful of times (always gets sorted). But…these apps usually shut up shop after a few years, so I’m surprised it’s still going
hspexy I see thanks for letting know! Can’t remember how long I’ve been using the app probably a year or so now and not had this problem before
Yes there was an app that closed down but I was able to cash out £5! It took ages to get to that amount and I can’t remember the name off the app lol
I have just started using greenjinn in the past week and so far so good except today where it said on an item “try for free” but has only refunded me with half of the price.
jms19 I wanted to try using it too how does it work cashback app? I’ve only tried buying an eco washing up liquid once and got money back it was an advert saw on Facebook or Instagram
Yeah that’s why not trying cashback apps cause of that problem
That’s so annoying says try for free yet got refunded half the price!!
Did you make sure it’s the exact item and the exact price they stated that’s for free?! What was the item?
You have to make sure it’s the right one the title of it and the volume and price
I have had this message come up the last few days, hopefully they will sort it out soon. I always claim my money when I hit the threshold in case something happens to these companies. I have had a few close down recently.
eyeballkerry yes I usually do that too get amazon voucher on the app! But wanted to for once try to get to £25! I just need to post another 15 receipts lol
But o never went out shopping for foods the last month!
gave up on snap my eats - too many issues. Occasionally use Greenjinn and other cashback apps. The Amazon Shopper is the best as usually between £8-12 a month really easy to use too.
didbygraham yes I use shopper panel too a few months ago I got up to £9/£10 a month with £5 for 10 receipts £2 ads and some from surveys now haven’t had any but get £7 which is still good!!
This is first time I had a problem with snap my eats hope it gets fixed!
The one time wanted to try to get to £25 got up to £22 and this happens!!
Used snap my eats for a few years and it’s always been reliable, cashed out many times with no issues. So hopefully whatever is going on with it at the moment will be sorted soon
lornaae I have cashed out a few times too usually choose amazon vouchers
What other ones can you choose from? I forgot lol and you can’t go back and choose another one
Yes fingers crossed that it will go back to normal and can redeem rewards!
I’ve so far posted 2 receipts and need to post another 3 to earn £1 credit then will be at £23
Trying to get to £25 for once!
kitty88uk I can’t remember, I think there are some stores like Primark, ASOS, Argos, I believe the dining out card/other food places. I can’t remember too well but when you get the email you can browse and go back on/off until you choose. I think the link lasts a week but if you don’t do it in this time you can email and they’ll reissue the link
