Has Anyone Tried the Pinky Cadbury Chocolate Bar from Australia ?

Ask a Question

When you see confectionery or other food products in Home Bargains or B&M you find unusual brands or makes not normally found in other supermarkets or stores

This rare cadburys 'pinky' from Australia and New Zealand is one of them , and they are back in stock

It actually sounds delicious, a combination of chocolate and marshmallow

Have you seen and tried it yet, or can you recommend another treat that may have been imported recently ?

Or maybe you have tasted one you hated

I'd try it, but every time I go to B&M looking for an unusual tasty treat the item is usually sold out.

Waitrose have also started selling Australian biscuits, Tim Tam - www.waitrose.com/ecom/shop/search?searchTerm=tim%20tam

I'm still trying to get hold of a new Strawberry Aero bar from a Spar store - www.spar.co.uk/news-updates/new-aero-strawberry-launches-in-spar/

Look how thin the chocolate covering is?! I was assuming it was a larger chunks bar each filled with the marshmallow. I bet it's expensive despite being half full of air.

Lynibis Cadbury's has gone down hill I think. It used to be my favourite but nowadays I favour the Aldi chocolate.

I would still try it though!

RegularComper91 I am not surprised R , they were taken over by Mondelez International in 2010 and they are American

American chocolate tastes terrible, and i am sure the flavour has changed since then , probably they are using inferior ingredients

telmel Unfortunately, many food products nowadays aren't as good as they once were. I am always sceptical when I see the phrase "New and improved". That is usually a bad sign.
