Anyone Used the Too Good to Go App?

I ordered a couple of Surprise Bags from Costa yesterday.
Got a notification that they were ready for collection, so MrsChimp drove down only to be told that they'd cancelled the order. They were lucky that I hadn't gone down there, I can tell you.
App shows that the food had been picked up, so I'm not sure whether I'll get my money back.
This was the first time I'd used Too Good To Go and it will be the last.
Has anyone else had problems with these cowboys?
Yeah I used this app but I keep missing the deal or it comes up late so I don't get to collect I think 20min of so
Update.....
TGTG are refunding me my money and have offered my next meal for free.
Still annoyed though 
I have it downloaded but never any deals available. Plus I got to drive 20 minutes plus to even get anywhere for them.
Glad they refunding you, that is a bit naughty to cancel and not refund
Used it once but wasn't particularly impressed with the pasta i could have made myself in moments.Nor was it particularly cheap just overpriced to begin with.I do like the Olio App though and I thoroughly recommend Streetbees and Store Rewards.
You’re better off using the Olio app and cooking something yourself. And it’s free And… it’s good for the environment
I've tried the Olio app, but there's never anything available in the area.
You have to move quick.I've both given and bagged plenty .Makes a difference where you're located as well no doubt.
