Ask a Question
Hi everyone!
Thinking to buy apple cider vinegar not the liquid form, the capsule form because I hate the taste of vinegar itself! Not delicious at all.
What are your opinions about Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules? Left a link below; have a wonder and put a comment with your answers.
Does it actually boost the ability to process food?
I haven’t tried it myself but I’ve heard/read really good reviews on it but you do need a balanced diet on top of it too to help loose weight. Apple vinegar is good on its own usually so think the capsules will have the same effect. I personally don’t like the taste of apple vinegar on its own but you can try it with some lemon and warm water.
Just a swig of cider vinegar( a tsp in warm water breakfast and bed) ..it gets easier as you progress lol
I do prefer the capsules too, I always use them when I have a cold/ flu or run down, the recovery seems to be a lot quicker x
There are pros and cons to both E, taste, price , affect on teeth etc, this article might help you decide

I generally get my apple cider vinegar by making a salad dressing of olive oil, ACV and lemon juice with either salt and pepper added or a mixture of spices to make the salad more interesting. I even eat the salad with a dessert spoon so I get a bit of the vinegar with each mouthful so the dish is empty of liquid when I finish.
In a natural diet food has much greater acidity as people ate food less fresh which was more likely to be slightly rotten and therefore more acidic. Our diet today lacks acidity so its important to try to restore that a bit and ACV is a good way of doing that.
BonzoBanana thank you this is a great comment very useful and handy for some other people. This is a very detailed amazing comment thank you
What is the difference between Apple cider vinegar and common cider vinegar or even wine vinegar?
Apple cider vinegar and cider vinegar are the same thing but you can get refined cider vinegar and cider vinegar that still has the mother in, the collection of bacteria or yeast that turned the cider into vinegar and is meant to make it healthier but I find the vinegar with the mother in is less pleasant and goes off quicker. I only buy the cheaper refined cider vinegar without the mother in.
I just drink the vinegar in liquid form, as I don’t mind the taste. If you try the Japanese Osu vinegars, they’re not so harsh - also available in pomegranate
