The only one I use is cash steps where it counts your steps and get a voucher after a certain target. I don’t use any others.

My wife use to play games for Amazon vouchers, she only ever received 1 so stopped, these games only benefit the developers

Swagbucks - do polls, play games, surveys, daily tasks, scan receipts etc. And earn vouchers or cash. (I've earned around £180 and only joined this year)

Latest Deals - the more you contribute, the more points you can earn in exchange for Amazon vouchers (I've had £15 so far without trying!)

Valued Opinions - most successful survey site I've used, earn points for vouchers/cash. (I've earned a fair bit in the past, mainly in supermarket vouchers, about £30 this year, but I've not been on there much)

Microsoft Rewards - earn points for just searching on Bing and doing online quizzes and tasks, you can exchange these for gift vouchers. (only got around £20 this year, but had much more in the past when I put in more effort)

If you are looking for websites that you can buy gift cards on then JamDoughnut is popular at the moment, you get cash back on gift cards, where you wouldn't usually. (Amazon etc.) weekdays they even host live draws from 1pm to around 1.30pm where they choose winners (you don't have to watch, just have your app open)

Biscuit app if you have a dog. Pays you for walking the dog. You can choose which voucher you want and use biscuit points to buy the voucher i get at least one £10 voucher a month. I ususlay get it for primark or just eat.
