Bachelor Suing 50 Women for Calling Him a Bad Date, is He Right to Do This ?

Ask a Question

So this man from the US went on more than 50 dates to try to find Ms right

But 50 of them decided to go on facebook and post negative comments about him

This has inspired him to take legal action against them after false and defamatory' statements

I have never seen this amount of people going against one person before

it will be interesting to see the outcome

It is not nice to be shamed on social media and I feel they should just have accepted they had a bad date and leave it at that. Maybe he was a bad date but I doubt they were all perfect and it seems once one or or two had posted they all jumped on the bandwagon.

Personally I'd say he should look at what makes him a bad date and work on that. I had a few bad dates when single but I wouldn't say bad enough to post on social media although there was no social media back then I didn't have Internet at all.

Depends why they all felt they needed to do that. Maybe there is a reason they are warning other women. If they really are false maybe he has a case. Can’t see why they would make things up though. He needs to take in the information if it could be true.

If they simply said he was 'a bad date' then he has no case unless also has 50 women who said he was a good date. In that case he would have a comparible at the very least. However the opinion of what is 'bad' is subjective. If however they state specific reasons why they considered him a bad date and they are agreed by the concensus then he has no case.

I haven't seen Judge Judy for years but I sure haven't forgotten her lol. She would throw the verbal book at him and I would watch and laugh whilst she did it. Can you imagine it? She was a no nonsense, brilliant personality.

It is strange that so many of them decided to post negative comments about him on fb, he must have left quite an impression, and not the one he had hoped.

As others have said, I think if i was him i'd be more inclined to look at why so many of the dates classed it as a bad experience

I think if 50 out of 50 people have left with a negative view of you, it's time to look internally rather then sueing 🤷‍♀️
